Health Canada and the Ontario Ministry of Children and Youth Services provide funding for this program. It is designed to prepare young First Nations children ages 0-6 for their school years. This is done by meeting their emotional, social, health and nutritional needs. The following six components are weaved into our monthly programming:

1. Culture & Awareness      2. Parental & Family Sessions
3. Education                         4. Nutrition
5. FASD                                  6. Positive Interaction Activities

Parents and Caregivers are encouraged to come out and participate in a variety of activities with their children or grandchildren. Cree language is used in the programming. Many of the activities are posted in the monthly calendars and posters. Some of the activities include: Creation Station, Breakfast and Circle Time, Outreach Program, Pre-School Library, Family Gym Night, Dad Gym Night, Breakfast for Dad and many other seasonal activities.
